CASE STUDY
PROBLEM:
Story’s old website had served a purpose, but they were ready to move things on to the next level. The main issue was that, with it’s predominantly black-and-white scheme, their site didn’t reflect the vibrancy of their food. They also wanted to introduce an e-commerce element to the site in order to showcase their books and customised gift vouchers.
OUR APPROACH:
We first scoured the the world of Michelin-starred restaurants to see how the best eateries were presenting themselves. After discussing these with Tom and his team, we then honed our focus to what was to become a sleek, elegant and modern design which would showcase Tom’s delicious and colourful food to it’s fullest potential. We then integrated a smart and functional e-commerce shop for their books and vouchers.
RESULT:
Story are elated with their new online home. We managed to capture the excitement of the food created by the amazing Tom Sellers, as well as create a functional yet modern hub to present themselves to the world of Michelin star cuisine.
